Exchange and Replacement:
- Annisa Fashion only entertains exchange under the following conditions.
- The product is faulty.
- The product is not the one originally ordered.
- There is an issue with the fitting of the product.
In cases 1 and 2 in the above mentioned point, the product to be exchanged will be picked up from the customer and the correct one will be delivered. The customer is advised to keep the product ready in the packing which it was delivered. In cases 1 and 2, it is the riderās responsibility to verify the product code to be picked against the replacement note. In the case of no 3, since the customer is advised to check out the size chart when buying the product, the replacement charges of Rs. 350/- will be charged to the customer or the customer may choose to send the article to Annisa Fashion warehouse on his own. Annisa Fashion reserves the right to deny the exchange or replacement based on the customerās previous record. Exchange or replacement will be based on the logistic vendor availability for the area. Exchange or replacement will only be entertained 1-3 days after the order is delivered. Sale items and accessories will not be exchanged. There will be no exchange or replacement for international customers under any circumstances. In the case of No 3, exchange/replacement is only allowed once.
